Aston Martin Reveals Special Logo for 110th Anniversary

Aston Martin is set to celebrate its 110th anniversary during the 2023 FIA Formula One World Championship season. The milestone will be marked by a special anniversary logo featuring the redesigned wings marque, which will be displayed on the nose of the new AMR23 car driven by established racer Lance Stroll and two-time F1 World Champion Fernando Alonso. The celebration will continue throughout the year, with a special event scheduled for the brand’s home Grand Prix at Silverstone.

In addition to the anniversary celebrations, 2023 promises to be an important year for Aston Martin, as it launches its new era of high-performance and ultra-luxury sports cars. The brand’s presence in Formula One is a key part of its brand and performance product strategy, as recent market research has shown that the sport is connecting Aston Martin with an engaged audience and raising consideration in key markets.

The year will also see the first phase of construction completed on the Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One Team’s new F1 campus at Silverstone, which will feature cutting-edge technology such as a wind tunnel and simulator facility. This will drive further collaboration between race and road and potentially be utilized by Aston Martin Lagonda when developing its high-performance products.

“110 years on from Aston Martin’s foundations on track, 2023 promises to be one of the most exciting years in our rich history, both on the track for the Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula Oneâ„¢ Team and on the road with Aston Martin’s ever-expanding line-up of stunning high performance models,” said Lawrence Stroll, Executive Chairman of Aston Martin.
